Room 11 began by looking at the mascots for the London Olympics which are Wenlock and Mandeville. Then the students explored the various mascots that have been created since 1972 and how those mascots have conveyed the theme of the Olympic Games.

Above is a picture of Hodori the mascot of the 1988 Olympic Summer Games in Seoul, Korea. Hodori was designed as an amicable tiger, which portrays the friendly and hospitable traditions of the Koreans.
