Exits

·      Make sure you are using the appropriate exit when leaving the main building, especially after school.

Library Awards

·      The Year 5’s are now able to earn their library awards.  See Sue in the library.

Peer Mediators

·      On duty on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes, with training on Wednesday lunchtime.

Cross Country

·      Training for the Central Zone cross country will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Make sure you bring appropriate footwear and clothing on those days.

Certificates

·      The Inter-zone swimming and school cross country certificates have been handed out.

‘Slippers on shoes off’

·      You can bring your slippers to school.  It’s shoes off  inside classrooms this term!

CZ Soccer tournament

·      Trials will be held soon for the Central Zone football tournament, which is coming up.  See Mr. McMillan at morning tea today if you are interested. 

Kapa Haka

·      We have received some really good feedback about the ANZAC day performance.  Well done!

Art Mural

·      There is a ceremony at the Dowse museum next Wednesday to celebrate and reward the winners of the Hutt City mural competition.  Ms. Berry will be attending and all of the ‘artists’ who worked on our mural are invited to attend too.
