CALENDAR ART

Room 11 have been putting their compass drawing skills to work recently creating geometric circle art for their fundraising calendars. 

The first part of the process involved drawing a series of circles with different diameters. Once the circles had been drawn each collection of circles was divided up into eighths. The students then rubbed out certain segments of the circles to create a series of different wedges. 

The final part of the process involved colouring in the various wedges with different colours.
