BUILD YOUR WILD SELF
Last week room 11 began writing a narrative based on a character they created using a fantastic website called 'Build Your Wild Self'. We began our character development by creating wild versions of ourselves with various animal body parts using the website below;
Afterwards we began planning what our characters would be like we focused on the following features

Who are the
main characters and what problems do they face?
·
How can you describe their appearance/personality?
·
What is there to like or dislike about them?
·
Who is telling your story? Do we see everything through that character’s eyes?
Once we had completed our planning we began writing our narratives.
Making our Wildself was really fun.Some people had some pretty CRAZY creatures!It was also great fun writing narratives.What a great idea Mr Mcmillan!From Macey
ReplyDeleteI loved making a wild self because you got to make yourself as cooky as you want. Making a narrative about our wild self was really fun because you could make it as funny as you like. I made mine on a new guy at work. Thank you for finding that website Mr McMillan I loved it.

Making our wildself was really fun. I thoroughly enjoyed it because we got to use our wild imagination and design it. They were human creature looking. I thought they all looked really cool and I enjoyed writing my narrative about my wild self Weirdo Spenticil. Thankyou Mr McMillan for finding this wonderful website. I think I will try it again in the holidays.

DeleteIt was really fun creating our wild selves and the narrative writing was pretty cool. The different stories people had were quite interesting especially Georges pie robbery - hilarious. From Shannon
